CURRENCY 

Default prices are displayed in USD.

Currency may update to reflect your region depending on your browser settings. You can check which currency you’re being charged in the “order summary” tab in the checkout process.

In some regions, while the content of your cart may be displaying your currency, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

 



DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?


Art prints DO ship internationally. Items that ONLY ship within the United States (some home decor pieces) are labelled "U.S ONLY".

If you're not in the US, not to worry! We partner with local Print shops in the UK, AUS, Asia and EU so that your prints can reach you much faster! 

 



DO YOU WHOLESALE/SELL ELSEWHERE?


Yep! If you're interested in wholesale, send through an email to orders@tigerandtea.com or write to us here to discuss! 

Tiger and Tea prints are currently available on this website (www.tigerandtea.com) and our Etsy store (tigerandtea). 

If you see Tiger and Tea prints on any other online retailer without our official endorsements, these are likely stolen counterfeit prints and not original prints. Please support us by purchasing on this website, the official Etsy page or a legally licensed/approved wholesale retailer.

 



WHAT ARE THE PRINTS MEASURED IN?

All our prints are default measured in Inches (cm and A sizing is available).

 



CHANGING OR CANCELLING MY ORDER:

Unfortunately, as a small business and as many of our items are made on demand, once an order is placed we are unable to make changes or cancel your order. We do not issue refunds, accept returns or accept exchanges at this time - Please keep this in mind before purchasing. 

We want you to love all your items from Tiger and Tea. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact: orders@tigerandtea.com within three days of receiving it. Include 1-3 photos of the faulty product. We will investigate and do our best to resolve the issue for you.

Please choose your items carefully before purchase as we do not exchange or refund for incorrect size, color, etc.

All sales are final.

 



I'VE ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, IS THIS NORMAL?

Yes! Not to worry, since we make many of our products to order, we ship them out as they are completed, so you don't have to wait!

Items like Prints, Decor, or Accessories will likely send out separately. For example, you've ordered a Print, a Candle, and a Woven Blanket. Your print may arrive first (as it's faster and needs to be sent in protective packaging), followed by your candle (which is poured just for you!) and then the blanket (which is woven just for you!). Some items are faster to produce, and we don't want you to wait for your goodies!

Making items on demand is more sustainable and reduces excess stock, which can make its way into landfills. We also try to use environmentally friendly packaging where possible.

 



COLORS

Please remember that photos may be slightly different from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or your monitor's display. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products on our website. However, the actual colors you see will depend on your computer monitor. We cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate. 


 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Many of our products are made-to-order, so please allow around 1-7 business days for orders to be processed. Orders may be sent out separately as production times vary. For example, you may get your art prints delivered in one delivery and your homewares or phone cases in another. 

Some Items are only deliverable in the United States. These items will be labeled as such on the item page. 

If you're not in the US, not to worry! We partner with local Print shops in the UK, AUS, Asia and EU so that your prints can reach you much faster!

Once your orders have shipped, the estimated delivery time is as follows: 

  • US Domestic: 5-15 Business days
  • International: 5-20 Business days

(These timeframes are estimations dependent on your local postal service)

Tiger and Tea are not responsible for packages once accepted for delivery or marked delivered by USPS. If your package is marked delivered, but you have not received it, it is up to the customer to contact their local post office or call 1-800-ASK-USPS to file a claim and investigate the missing package.

*International orders are subject to customs delays, taxes, duties & tariffs that we, unfortunately, have no control over.

Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, there have been supply shortages and shipment delays. Please be patient with us as we navigate these uncertainties.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Please note some items are "US delivery ONLY" - These items will be labeled as such. 



DUTIES AND CUSTOMS FEES:

Some countries may charge import duties and taxes or other random fees. UPS may also charge handling fees for processing your parcel through customs. We, unfortunately, have no control over this, and it's your responsibility to pay for any fees. We suggest you find out what fees are applicable in your country before you order. 

 


 

WILL MY ORDER BE TRACKED?

Tracking numbers will be sent to you via email when your item ships out. Since most of our items have different production times, you'll likely receive a tracking number for each item separately as they are sent out.

 



HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR PRODUCTS?

Our Art prints and most of our home goods are designed in-house and made to order, meaning we do not carry as much inventory on site. This process is more sustainable and avoids excess stock that can make its way into landfills. We source some of our materials and items from various suppliers around the globe, allowing us to offer a wide range of goods.
