COVID 19 UPDATES
As the world's response to coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we want to inform you of all changes that might impact how we serve our Tiger and Tea customers. We are monitoring and following the latest guidelines from the CDC and WHO to continue to maintain a safe environment so that we can support our customers, vendors, and employees.
Please be aware that we may be experiencing delays on some items during this time. Please be patient while we work around the ever-changing and challenging restrictions. We hope to get you your items as soon as we possibly can.
Be prepared for potential delays
Our fulfillment times can be longer than usual for some product categories. The entire industry is grappling with challenges, and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.
Where we ship: We can't ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
There's no concrete list of restricted countries, but for now, we can't ship to Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. This list may change periodically depending on world events.
Occasionally, some countries not listed here may become unavailable due to the constant ongoing changes of Covid19. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We suspect this is temporary. Our carriers will let us know when service will resume or whether there are more disruptions.
